Business Development Specialist - Proposal Management
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end proposal management process. This involves crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs in coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality submission of proposal responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate and track proposal activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, MoM preparation, and deliverable tracking.
- Participate in client interactions (remote/on-site) to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions.
- Manage supplier registration and onboarding for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.
- Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is a plus.
