We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to propel our business forward.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.

- Main Responsibilities:
- • Qualify leads through targeted marketing campaigns and efficient cold calling techniques
- • Set appointments with prospects and leverage CRM tools to maximize follow-up efforts
- • Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies, including email marketing campaigns and research-driven approaches
- • Utilize Sales Navigator and online resources to identify potential customers and tailor pitches to their needs
- • Articulate the value proposition of our IT products/services and negotiate initial objections to secure appointments
- • Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and drive conversions into opportunities
- • Maintain a high level of territory knowledge, daily plans, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- • Leverage database tools, email platforms, and IT software to optimize business development processes
- • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing circumstances
