About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished business development specialist to drive client acquisition and facilitate successful placements of remote developers within IT companies.
- Identify and establish connections with key decision-makers, including HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies across India and USA.
- Promote Oxcytech's remote developers as ideal solutions for IT companies' hiring needs.
- Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and maximize revenue growth opportunities.
- Closely collaborate with our delivery team to coordinate resume submissions and client interactions.
- Regularly participate in strategic discussions with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for building and sustaining strong client relationships, effectively promoting our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements.
Requirements:
We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who possess:
- 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- A comprehensive network within the IT industry, particularly in India and/or USA markets.
- A clear understanding of the complexities surrounding remote developer hiring.
- The ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful placement.
