Business Development Manager Job Description

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced business development professional to join our organization. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve defined goals.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on business development tasks, market outreach programs, and industry capability decks.
  • Lead a team of analysts and associates in providing techno-commercial research & advisory services.
  • Manage client communication, including queries and feedback calls.
  • Foster strong analytical discussions and generate actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical & Material or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting engagements.
  • Primary research experience and ability to train team members.
  • End-to-end management of business research or consulting engagements.
  • Experience handling teams of professionals.
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, and Competitor Intelligence.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management effectively.
