We are seeking an experienced business development professional to drive revenue growth through the identification and engagement of prospective clients. As a USA IT Staffing Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for positioning our organization as the preferred staffing vendor for these clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop sales strategies to obtain job orders and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Prospect, Manage, and Develop Relationships: Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Prioritize and Manage Multiple Tasks: Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate with Management: Collaborate with management to define sales roadmaps and engage target clients.
  • Research, Market, and Present Services: Research, market, and present our services to new clients.
  • Penetrate New Markets: Penetrate new business through targeted calling, in-person meetings, and presentations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales, with a strong understanding of the USA IT Staffing industry. They must be able to work in a start-up environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain excellent communication skills.
