Job Description

Profile Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development Intern to join our team. This is a 3-month unpaid internship, after which high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time role with a starting salary of 10,000/month. The role involves finding and acquiring new clients for our services, building relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Generate leads through online research and social media platforms.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly acquisition targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
