Human Resources Leadership Position

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee and manage our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversight of global mobility and travel operations, including visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
  • Ownership of HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Championing employee experience by designing office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Ownership of culture-building strategy and execution, including targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embedding organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approval of total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communication.
  • Prioritization and review of Learning & Development, including curriculum development, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Driving CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media outreach.
  • Ownership of Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, metrics, complex escalations, data integrity, and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduation / Masters in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
