Aspire and Succeed HR is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sr. HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our clients' recruitment needs across a range of industries.

From sourcing top talent to facilitating interviews and closing offers, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow within a highly rewarding and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • External Recruitment: Support hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent for Aspires clients, particularly in various sectors.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not essential.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Job portal is essential.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
