Job Title: HR Executive
Location - Moshi near Chimbli Phata, Pimpri Chinchwad
Salary Structure
1- 4-5 LPA (Fixed 85% & Variable 15%)
2- Stability Bonus
3- Provident Fund as per Company norm
4- Medi-claim Rs.2,00,000 (Employee + 2 Dependent)
5- Accidental Claim Rs.2,00,000
6-TA/DA as per company norms
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Source and attract top talent for machine tools trading and manufacturing operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding
2. Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
3. Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs for employees
- Identify skill gaps and develop strategies for upskilling
4. Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks
Requirements:
1. HR Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or trading industries 2-3 years
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
1. HR Certification: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
2. Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in manufacturing or machine tools industries
3. Leadership Skills: Experience in team management and leadership
