We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Team Lead for our HR Shared Services team. In this position, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers across multiple European countries.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a regional HR Shared Services delivery team, providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure efficient service delivery.
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR transactional and operational services, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union.
- They will possess strong leadership skills, with at least 4 years of experience leading/managing a team of at least 7-10 employees.
- Able to manage and resolve complex employee inquiries received through multiple channels, ensuring timely and compliant resolution aligned with SLAs.
Key Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in HR transactional and operational services.
- Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations function.
