Culinary Team Leader

The primary function of the Culinary Team Leader is to oversee and manage a team of culinary staff in order to ensure smooth running culinary operations.
Responsibilities:- Team Management
- Plan, prepare, and implement high-quality food and beverage products.
- Work seamlessly with recipes, standards, and plating guides.
- Maintain all HACCP aspects within hotel operations.
- Operations Management
- Manage kitchen stations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Control inventory levels and monitor food costs to optimize profitability.
- Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
- Quality Assurance
- Monitor food quality and quantity to ensure adherence to standards.
- Check that prepared food meets required standards and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure team members are certified in their positions before taking charge of an area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong culinary background, and a thorough understanding of kitchen operations. Additionally, they must be able to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards teamwork.
