Job Title: HR Director

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR leader to spearhead multiple strategic initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with HR systems, strong employee relations skills, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Implementation
    • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
    • Design and implement innovative programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • HR Systems & Reporting
    • Oversee the development and implementation of HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
    • Prepare and analyze HR reports to inform business decisions.
  • Talent Management & Development
    • Develop and lead talent management initiatives to identify, recruit, and retain top talent.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support career growth and development.
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively to various stakeholders.
