Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our organization by providing expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and teams on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

  • Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and termination processes.
