We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Human Resources operations. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, developing organizational policies and setting objectives for the HR team.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish strategic goals for the HR team and monitor progress
  • Design and implement policies promoting a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with company objectives
  • Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent
  • Discuss employee career development paths with managers and provide guidance on growth opportunities
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) to inform data-driven decisions
  • Review and optimize departmental processes
  • Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and ensure adherence to best practices
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role with a strong track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with HR Management Software and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on employee engagement and retention
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations and create a positive work culture
