
Strategic HR Programs Director

This position oversees the development and execution of HR programs to enhance employee engagement, improve organizational performance, and drive business growth.
About the Role- Develops and implements comprehensive HR programs that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging employee experiences, driving retention and productivity.
- Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages talent sentiment initiatives, facilitating regular employee feedback and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Assesses people experiences through collaborative forums, providing actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
- Runs talent engagement dialogues, supporting departments as internal consultants to improve focus areas.
- Coordinates Diversity, Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to promote inclusive practices.
- Partners with leaders to identify Learning & Development needs, researches and recommends learning opportunities, and facilitates implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Program Manager, with a strong aptitude for learning and managing other HR areas.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of senior management, global leaders, and business units throughout the organization.
- Strong project and program management skills, ability to effectively manage projects from planning to implementation.
- Excellent leadership qualities demonstrated through collaborative and mentoring working style.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of professional experience in handling a variety of responsibilities in Human Resources.
- Masters degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
