This position plays a crucial part in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in managing program scope, timelines, and resources.
- The successful candidate will assist the CCO in developing and managing program budgets, providing regular financial reports for tracking and analysis.
- They will coordinate cross-functional meetings, ensuring key deliverables are captured and follow-up actions communicated.
- Capturing meeting minutes, disseminating information, and tracking completion of action items are also essential responsibilities.
As the primary liaison between the CCO and internal teams, the Project Coordinator will surface key information and resolve issues effectively.
- They will support contracting requirements, ensuring timely execution of all necessary agreements.
- The coordinator will contribute to the development of Leadership Team (LT) and Board presentations to support strategic communication and decision-making.
The Project Coordinator will identify and share best practices with the Project Management Office (PMO) to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensuring efficient and effective execution of projects to meet both client and internal objectives is a key responsibility.
The coordinator will provide ad hoc support for various requests and initiatives critical to the success of commercialization programs.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required.
- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries.
- Proven project management experience, particularly in launch management, marketing, branding, or program management.
- A strong background in budget management, financial reporting, and resource coordination.
- Demonstrated success supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Coordinator should possess:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
- Self-driven with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
