Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate orientation programs.
- Coordinate and manage employee training and development activities.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support in resolving workplace issues.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
