Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at ABD Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is full-time.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a solid understanding of financial data and the ability to interpret and present it to clients.
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Business and finance knowledge, strong organization skills, and the ability to multitask.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
