A key player in fostering productive partnerships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned partners through regular visits, training sessions, and support activities to ensure they are up-to-date on product features, documentation guidelines, and process changes.
- Identify inactive partners and implement targeted engagement strategies to boost their productivity.
- Provide ongoing support to partners, address their queries, and escalate concerns to guarantee a smooth lead flow.
- Achieve monthly targets for login and disbursement volumes by effectively collaborating with partners and connectors.
- Monitor the lead-to-disbursement funnel, follow up on leads, and ensure high conversion ratios with minimal rejections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, income documentation, and internal credit policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams to facilitate faster file processing and efficient case closures.
- Maintain and update daily MIS reports for lead status, login, disbursement, rejections, and target vs. achievement metrics.
- Share feedback and escalations from partners with the Regional Manager and internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with partners and connectors.
- Basic knowledge of unsecured lending (personal loans), credit documentation, and underwriting processes.
