- Identify key territories and establish relationships with distributors and customers, ensuring alignment with the company's business philosophy.
- Business Expansion and Growth:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products to customers in line with established business plans.
- Engage in science-based discussions with medical professionals and pharmacists to promote products in clinics and retail settings.
- Organize educational events (CME) aligned with divisional strategies and customer needs.
- Execute activations across trade and clinic channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute merchandising and sampling activities according to divisional strategies.
- Facilitate successful new product launches by identifying and targeting key customers, conducting effective in-clinic/trade promotions, and providing regular feedback to the company.
- Implement a comprehensive customer management plan to ensure 100% coverage of doctors, adherence to customer call protocols, market intelligence collection, and retailer-level inventory management calls tailored to product profiles and marketing strategies.
- Brand Visibility:
- Maintain prominent display of Abbott brands at retailers' outlets as part of the brand promotion strategy.
- Participate in retail meets, market blitzes, and other events aimed at driving sales growth.
