Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Assistant Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction across all projects in your territory. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the success strategy for Livpreneurs in your territory, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet customer demands.

  • Client Satisfaction: You will have ownership of client satisfaction across all projects in your territory.
  • Sales Growth: You will develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet customer demands.
  • Team Management: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Defining scope, interior estimation, and connecting customers with service partners based on customer requirements
  • Visiting customer sites along with service partners to finalize scope and quotes
  • Meeting regularly with Livpreneurs to understand and solve their concerns

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in any stream or 15 years' academic education
  • 3+ years of experience in business development and growth, with a minimum of 1 year in B2C sales
  • Strong multitasking and complex operations management skills
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Willingness to travel across India or regions of India
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • High level of ownership around targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
