
Business Territory Developer

Role Overview:
The Territory Business Developer plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market share within their designated territory. Reporting directly to the Division, this position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve assigned sales targets by developing and executing effective field strategies.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockiest.
3. Promote divisional products in line with strategic objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategy building and drive business growth.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of the organization.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSc/B. Pharma).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, or fresher with excellent communication and analytical skills.
3. Prior/current experience in the same therapy is advantageous, particularly from multinational companies and top Indian pharmaceutical companies.
4. Fluency in verbal and written communication is essential.
