Job Title: Key Account Manager - Business Development
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned markets.
- Lead primary and secondary sales, ensuring brand presence in defined territories.
- Plan for monthly and quarterly business performance, monitoring actual sales and making mid-course corrections as needed.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors, analyzing market trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer lists with specified numbers of doctors and chemists, updating them regularly in both physical and electronic formats.
- Identify potential towns and appoint distributors and customers aligned with the company's business philosophy.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting products ethically to customers in line with business plans.
- Engage in science-based discussions with doctors and chemists to promote products in clinics and at chemist places.
- Organize camps (Continuing Medical Education) based on division strategy and customer needs.
- Facilitate successful product launches by identifying and targeting customers, meeting them regularly, conducting effective clinic and trade promotions, and providing feedback to the company.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
