
Strategic Account Manager

You will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing our IT services and staffing accounts as a seasoned relationship manager. As the single point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely delivery with sales and recruitment teams and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Own key accounts: farming and selective hunting to upsell, cross-sell, and acquire new logos
- Translate client goals into delivery plans, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and quality
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs)/Master Service Agreements (MSAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improving time-to-fill
- Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts, flagging risks and driving resolutions
- 1-5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile and IT hiring cycles
