Job Title: Regional Business Development Lead
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth through effective management of Territory Managers and Insurance Consultants, ensuring Region meets its monthly/quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify opportunities for procuring necessary business and assist in developing strategies for improved business performance.
- Train and develop Territory Managers to equip the sales team with company products, compensation, market, and industry updates, enabling them to perform at their best.
- Plan, execute, and monitor activities aimed at improving business outcomes and meeting set targets.
- Responsible for recruiting new Insurance Managers by coordinating with Territory Managers.
Evaluate Branch Territory Managers' budgets and ensure all team members achieve their goal sheets.
Conduct regular reviews of sales performance on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis for assigned units.
- Hold meetings with Cluster Managers, Area Managers, Territory Managers, and Insurance Consultants to discuss successes and challenges at appropriate intervals.
- Daily call monitoring and joint calls with Cluster Managers, Area Managers, Territory Managers, and Insurance Consultants to facilitate smooth business execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers by coordinating with HO and Regional departments, ensuring fair and good customer service.
- Implement new processes and changes introduced by the organization within the team.
- Address customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive team environment by facilitating constant rewards and recognition for team members.
Work closely with HR to ensure Branch Managers and Sales Managers' budget is fully utilized.
Empower team members to achieve their goal sheets and support their career development.
