Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Expert to join our team at SGK. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in account management and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.
About the Role:This role is responsible for building strong relationships with entry- to mid-level client contacts, ensuring efficient coordination of projects from estimation to completion, and partnering with the broader project team to deliver results on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products, enabling them to identify opportunities to sell additional solutions that meet existing client needs.
Responsibilities:- Supports profitability efforts by managing project activities efficiently, accurately, and timely.
- Participates in developing innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.
- Ensures meeting of volume and revenue targets for each account.
- BUILDs new relationships and nurtures existing ones with internal and external clients.
- Serves as the main point of contact for current projects with clients, suppliers, external partners, and the Account team.
- Participates in meetings with existing clients and internal teams to identify new services/offerings to meet clients' evolving needs.
- E nsures high-quality standards in all client deliverables.
- C coordinates client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle, including estimate creation, resource assignment, monitoring progress, and generating invoices.
- T ranslates client requests and requirements into detailed instructions for project teams.
- P artners with the client, the Account Team, and project teams to resolve identified project issues.
- E nsures accurate and timely invoicing by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence.
- I nitiates new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management process to ensure accurate client, project, and financial details are available.
- P artners with Client Integration and the Account Team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
- P articipates in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 3 to 5+ years previous account management experience in a Branding, Creative Design Agency, Advertising, or similar consulting environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in client-facing and management roles
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, & Internet applications
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
