Business Development Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our innovative training solutions to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients . Use various methods including cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a steady pipeline of leads.
Sales Presentations: Present our suite of L&D services—ranging from customized training programs to leadership development initiatives—to key decision-makers in HR, talent management, and senior leadership.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and creating opportunities for repeat business.
Needs Analysis: Understand client learning needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Close Sales & Meet Targets: Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, negotiate terms and pricing, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
