
Building Strategic Client Partnerships

This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive their digital marketing goals forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular communication and video meetings to build trust and understanding.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies, overseeing campaign execution across various digital channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and present clear, data-driven reports highlighting return on investment and next steps for continued growth.
- Proactively recommend new marketing strategies and upsell additional services to help clients expand their reach and achieve success.
- Effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations to keep projects on track and ensure seamless collaboration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Digital Marketing Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in client-facing video calls and presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
