
Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to support the acquisition, management, and growth of partnerships with large institutions, corporates, and government bodies.
This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving partnership growth through effective collaboration and coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, or a related field, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, develop tailored proposals and pitches, and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth issue resolution and regular partner engagement.
- Execution and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of partnership commitments, coordinate onboarding and compliance requirements, and drive partnership growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferable.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high integrity at every step.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines effectively.
