Job Description-
Title: Strategic Partnerships Leader, India and Middle east
We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Strategic Partnerships specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organisations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals, and strategies. We are not looking for people with Resellers partnerships background, Community Building background and lastly some who are not ready to drive revenue generation partnerships.
This expert will build and nurture strategic partnerships with other companies, driving business growth and market expansion. This is completely a revenue Generation role with a target/Topline aligned. Their ability to identify partnership opportunities and negotiate win-win agreements supports mutual success and collaboration. This role plays a critical role in extending market reach, accessing new customer segments, and driving revenue through joint ventures and alliances. With their partnership management skills, businesses can form strong alliances, expand their product offerings, and leverage each other's strengths to achieve shared business objectives. Their work supports diversification, market competitiveness, and overall business sustainability through strategic collaboration and partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing partnerships strategies. He will be accountable for building the strong business relationships with our integration partners, not for increasing the number of integrations but to convert the relationship for the revenue building process.
- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts
- Managing and nurturing partner relationships
- Tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI
- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners and will be the main POC in managing all our leading corporate events in India and Middle east from the business and revenue growth perspective where he will be working closely with the marketing team.
- He will be managing the partnerships portfolio for India and Middle east markets for us.
- Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issues
- Contributing to partnership program growth and success.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams on partnership initiatives
- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments
- He will collaborate crossfunctionally with all the teams.
- He will be managing the content which will increase the impact from the partnership and alliances perspective.
Key Requirements
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Should have at least 8 plus years of hustled experience into Strategic partnerships alignments.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
- You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
- Should be ready for building and scaling the business on a revenue generation model.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
