Job Description:

The CSR Executive role plays a pivotal part in fostering strategic partnerships with corporates and institutions to align with the organization's mission.

Key responsibilities include proposal writing, project planning, donor communication, reporting, and impact measurement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams.

They will develop customized proposals, organize and attend meetings with prospective and existing partners to pitch projects and strengthen engagement.

The successful candidate will also prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications.

Additionally, they will draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements, document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or program management
  • Strong understanding of CSR laws and guidelines
  • Proven ability in proposal writing, donor engagement, and impact reporting
