We are looking for a skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate entities.

">Key Responsibilities:">

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for establishing new partnerships and nurturing existing ones, creating shared value by mutually leveraging each other's knowledge, skills, and resources.

  • Donor Acquisition:">

The Partnership Manager will identify, evaluate, and track opportunities for lead generation like events, conferences, and seminars.

">

The candidate will build awareness and sensitize stakeholders about water, sanitation, and hygiene issues and motivate them to take action.

">

The Partnership Manager will raise funds from Indian corporates as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility commitment which is mandatory.

">Donor Servicing Support:">

The Partnership Manager will coordinate with the program, finance, monitoring, and evaluation teams to ensure that high-quality reports are submitted as per agreed timelines.

">

The candidate will successfully conduct the due-diligence process necessary for the donor partnership.

">Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:">

The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in business management or social development from a reputed institute.

">

The Partnership Manager should have minimum six to 10 years of relevant work experience in business development, preferably within the social sector.

">

The candidate should have working knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility and Grants Management.

">

The Partnership Manager should possess customer/donor management skills, analytical and persuasion skills, communication and presentation skills, and interest in and knowledge of humanitarian issues in India.
