Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a dynamic professional to expand cash business by identifying, negotiating and closing deals with new partners.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with financial institutions and government bodies, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from identification to onboarding, go-live, farming, collections and close-out.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
  • Cross-sell and penetrate all lines of business into partner accounts.
  • Maintain Profit & Loss accountability for assigned segments.

Job Requirements:

  • B2B sales, partnership management or business development experience in financial services, e-commerce, logistics or government sectors required.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and strategic thinking skills necessary.
