Drive Revenue Growth with Strategic Online Presence

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to cultivate sustainable online revenue growth for key hotel partners by harnessing the power of technology solutions and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Optimizing hotels' room night production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) through activities aimed at enhancing ranking, visibility, and conversion.
  • Designing pricing and promotions strategies for hotel partners based on occupancy, market demand, and competitive benchmarking insights.
  • Engaging in continuous test and learn cycles to refine pricing and promotional activities.
  • Building strong relationships with OTAs to stay informed about their latest offerings and improve hotel performance.
  • Educating and training hotel partners on self-service features within the ZUZU Hotel Management System.
  • Collaborating with key hotel partners to identify opportunities to enhance traveller experience.
  • Undertaking other aspects related to hotel performance improvement.
