Role: Strategic Partnerships
Location: New Delhi / Bangalore
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a results-driven professional who excels at both operational management and strategic sales.
You will be responsible for two core functions:
Program Management: Overseeing the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of a specific vision benefit program running at our eyewear partners.
Sales Partnerships: Driving the growth of our vision benefits programs for corporate employees through partnerships with insurance companies, brokers and wellness partners.
The ideal candidate should have done sales partnerships with insurance companies and insurance brokers for a wellness player. Program management experience is a bonus.
Program & Partnership Management (50%)
- Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for two key optical retail partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and program success.
- Monitor program performance against key metrics
- Proactively identify and resolve any operational challenges, customer escalations, or service gaps in a timely and effective manner.
Corporate Sales & Business Development (50%)
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets for corporate vision benefit enrollments.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at insurance companies, insurance brokers and wellness players.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing and 5 - 8 years of professional experience in a B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnership management role.
- Direct experience in the employee benefits industry is required.
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business development targets.
- Experience in a role requiring both sales acumen and operational/program management skills is highly desirable.
