The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in referral marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical representative roles.
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor, track, and analyze referral data to provide insightful reports.
• Organize promotional events, doctor meets, and campaigns to foster referral growth.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with partners.
• Resolve any issues or concerns from referral partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the onboarding process for referred patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of healthcare services and terminology
• Ability to handle fieldwork and travel regularly
