Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, particularly in the hospitality and premium residential sectors.
- Develop and nurture new relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and procurement heads to expand business reach.
- Leverage existing network in hospitality (hotels, resorts, commercial interiors) and high-end residential to generate leads and close deals.
- Maintain and grow business with current clients through consistent engagement and service excellence.
- Think strategically and critically when planning, ensuring project success through timely coordination and industry insight.
- Stay updated on trends in the home decor, lifestyle, and design industries to keep offerings competitive.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
