Talent Worx is looking for a seasoned Hospital Empanelment Management Senior Consultant to lead and manage the empanelment processes for healthcare providers. In this role, you will collaborate with hospitals and payers to establish and maintain successful partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective hospital empanelment and partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential healthcare facilities to determine empanelment viability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with hospitals to ensure favorable terms and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing relationships with existing partners, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and best practices to inform empanelment strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams regarding empanelment processes and standards.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on partnership performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in hospital empanelment, healthcare consulting, or related management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and data management.
  • Previous experience in a consulting role or as a liaison between hospitals and payers.
Additional Information:
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and site assessments.
  • Strong professional network within the healthcare sector is a plus.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDHM/Public Health/MSc in Health Finance/ in Health policy/Health Economics /Masters in Hospital Administration or equivalent from a reputed and recognized university or institution
