Role Overview

We invite highly experienced Sustainability and ESG professionals to join our empanelled pool of experts. Selected consultants will be engaged on a project basis to support Pryvanta's clients across various sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, agrochemical, hydrocarbon, banking, and public sector undertakings (PSUs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advisory and strategic support on sustainability initiatives, ESG compliance, and reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR, etc.).
  • Develop and implement net zero carbon strategies, including greenhouse gas emissions measurement, target setting, and roadmap creation.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments such as carbon footprint, life cycle, and resource efficiency analyses.
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with regulatory and market requirements.
  • Advise clients on emerging sustainability standards, climate risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building programs on sustainability and ESG topics.
  • Support preparation and review of sustainability disclosures, reports, and audits.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to integrate sustainability into core business processes.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–7 years of professional experience in Sustainability Consulting, ESG advisory, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing net zero strategies and climate action plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise with international and national sustainability standards and frameworks.
  • Experience in project execution for diverse industry sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, chemicals, energy, banking, and PSUs (experience with bank projects and PSUs will be an added advantage).
  • Advanced qualifications or certifications in sustainability, environmental science, climate change, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
