About the role

As an ESG Platform Administrator at SuperHumanRace, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. Your role will involve managing the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Clients using our online platform GreenDash to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ESG platform, ensuring data integrity and

accuracy.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Support the development and implementation of company specific indicator sets, ESG strategies and recommended initiatives to drive sustainability goals.

3. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ESG reporting and compliance. 5. Assist in preparing ESG reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences.

4. Participate in ESG audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.

5. Contribute to sustainability projects by training users and client teams to promote a culture of environmental and social responsibility within the organization.

6. Respond to queries and develop collateral like guidebooks to ensure a seamless experience for users. 9. Build dashboards and reports connecting indicator sets on our online platform for enabling data for decisions.

Qualifications:

Only those candidates can apply who:

2. can start the between 20th May'25 and 25th June'25

3. Are available for a duration of 6 months minimum

4. have relevant skills and interests

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of BRSR and other frameworks like GRI etc.

2. Comfort with using Online Tools and Applications

3. Passion for measuring impact and driving meaningful change using data

4. Past experience in ESG administration and / or GHG Accounting is preferred
