Key Responsibilities
1. Patient & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase OPD, IPD, and surgical volumes.
- Drive specialty-wise growth plans with clear monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue trends; propose corrective actions.
2. Corporate, TPA & Institutional Tie-ups
- Identify and onboard corporates, PSUs, embassies, schools, and institutions for healthcare services.
- Strengthen relationships with TPAs, insurance partners, and government empanelments.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery for corporate clients.
3. Community & Market Outreach
- Plan and execute health camps, wellness programs, CME sessions, and community outreach events.
- Strengthen Moolchand's visibility in key catchment areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, digital outreach, and patient education programs.
4. Strategic Initiatives & New Business
- Identify growth opportunities in new services, departments, and medical programs.
- Support leadership in planning new ventures, partnerships, and specialty expansions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly/monthly BD dashboards and MIS reports.
- Present insights, performance updates, and action plans to senior management.
- Track ROI of BD activities, outreach initiatives, and partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, corporate tie-ups, and doctor engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
