Key Responsibilities

1. Patient & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase OPD, IPD, and surgical volumes.
  • Drive specialty-wise growth plans with clear monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue trends; propose corrective actions.

2. Corporate, TPA & Institutional Tie-ups

  • Identify and onboard corporates, PSUs, embassies, schools, and institutions for healthcare services.
  • Strengthen relationships with TPAs, insurance partners, and government empanelments.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery for corporate clients.

3. Community & Market Outreach

  • Plan and execute health camps, wellness programs, CME sessions, and community outreach events.
  • Strengthen Moolchand's visibility in key catchment areas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, digital outreach, and patient education programs.

4. Strategic Initiatives & New Business

  • Identify growth opportunities in new services, departments, and medical programs.
  • Support leadership in planning new ventures, partnerships, and specialty expansions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly/monthly BD dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Present insights, performance updates, and action plans to senior management.
  • Track ROI of BD activities, outreach initiatives, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, corporate tie-ups, and doctor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
