Job Title: Revenue Cluster Manager — Shanghai

About the Role:

Aster Recruiting is seeking dynamic professionals for Revenue Cluster Manager positions based in Shanghai. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in revenue management roles or come from FMCG/retail backgrounds with strong business acumen in commercial management or FP&A/Finance Business Partner roles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and pricing strategies using commercial judgment, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Maximize revenue potential and market share by adhering to best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage inventory controls, rate parity, and group booking strategies using systems like IDeaS V5i.
  • Lead business focus meetings and coordinate pricing strategies across multiple hotels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, forecasting, displacement analysis, and demand monitoring to inform revenue decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel commercial teams and other functions to exceed customer and shareholder expectations.
  • Provide leadership and training to revenue teams to ensure excellence in revenue management.
  • Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPar, and fair market share growth through strategic commercial performance management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in hotel revenue management or FMCG/retail with commercial or finance business experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Proficient in revenue management systems and commercial tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Shanghai, integrating into a multicultural environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
