National Head of Partnerships and Growth

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our partnerships and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, including developers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and optimize the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improve market position.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and developing strategic partnerships in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
