Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a National Sales Head. The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing business plans, managing sales channels, and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing team performance, driving sales growth, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Strategic Thinking skills
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Experience in Channel Sales and Sales Operations
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in EOT Cranes and Hoists is a must
