Job Objective

To increase patient/client inflow and service utilization through strategic referral networks with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other stakeholders. The Referral Marketing Executive is responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships that drive referrals and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Promote hospital services, specialties, and medical team capabilities to generate referrals.

• Conduct regular visits to referral partners to maintain ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

• Monitor, track, and analyze referral data and trends; provide reports to management.

• Organize referral-focused CME events, doctor meets, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain a referral database and ensure timely communication with partners.

• Address any issues or concerns from referral partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and treatment of referred patients.

• Assist in developing marketing material relevant to referral engagement.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in referral marketing, healthcare marketing, or medical representative roles

• Experience in hospital/clinic marketing is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
