Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Tourism Sales Specialist to promote and sell our travel and tourism services through a combination of field-based sales and strategic relationship management. This role involves regular in-person visits to clients and partners, building lasting relationships, developing customized travel solutions, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients, including travel agents, corporates, tour operators, and hospitality partners.
  • Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and training sessions at client locations.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, group tours, and destination services based on client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sale client satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to represent the company and expand market reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with tourism trends, competitor offerings, and destination knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Existing network in the tourism and hospitality industry.
