Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our presence in the university market.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners, showcasing our product offerings and their value.
- Bond with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with universities to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their challenges and goals aligned with our offerings.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
This full-time on-site role is for a University Partnership Manager located in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing the partnership process with new university partners, facilitating collaborations, overseeing partner relations, and ensuring smooth integration of academic programs.
Daily tasks include coordinating with universities, developing partnership strategies, managing timelines, and working closely with the counseling team to provide support. The role also involves performance management and employee relations within the partnership team.
The successful candidate will have experience in partnering with international universities and be able to develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our presence in the university market.
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience in university partnerships or similar roles.
