- We are seeking a highly driven and strategic International University Acquisition Manager to join our team in Delhi.

- This pivotal role involves establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with international universities, driving our expansion into new educational markets, and ultimately enhancing student admissions.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious university acquisition targets and significantly expand Aimlay's footprint in the international university market.

- University Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners worldwide. This includes presenting Aimlay's product offerings, clearly demonstrating their value proposition, and aligning them with university goals.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at international universities, including administrators, admissions teams, and decision-makers.

- Customized Solutions: Work closely with prospective and existing university partners to deeply understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Subsequently, provide tailored solutions that align with Aimlay's product offerings.

- Negotiation: Lead and manage Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that are aligned with Aimlay's strategic objectives.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the international education sector.

- Counseling Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Aimlay's internal counseling team to ensure seamless integration of new university partnerships and to enhance overall student admissions.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with various educational stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all partnerships and operations comply with relevant international education standards and regulations.

- Reporting: Provide regular, insightful sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for continuous improvement in university acquisition Experience: Proven experience in strategic sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the international education sector.

- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present compelling value propositions.

- Market Research: Experience in conducting market research and identifying new opportunities.

- Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

- Global Mindset: A strong understanding of the international education landscape and cultural nuances
