Role: Sales Team Lead
Were looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive and manage a high-performing team of Inside Sales Executives/Admission Counsellors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Admission Counsellors
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets
- Coach and train team members on sales strategies
- Monitor CRM activity and ensure timely lead follow-ups
- Optimize sales pitches, scripts, and processes
- Conduct team reviews and performance meetings
- Handle escalations and support closures when needed
- Report performance metrics to management
Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counseling
- Proven leadership and target achievement history
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- CRM and sales funnel familiarity
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability
