Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Team Leader - Counselling to guide and inspire a team of education counsellors.

If you have experience in ed-tech sales or academic counselling and excel at leading teams, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of education counsellors to achieve individual and team targets

- Monitor daily performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback

- Develop effective strategies to improve conversions and student engagement

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the counselling journey

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency

- Must have worked in an international process.

- Flexibility to work in US shifts is 5-9 years of experience in sales/counselling (preferably in ed-tech)

- Minimum 3+ year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English & Hindi)

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and motivational skills

- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus)

- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and growth
